Importation of 2ci, 2cb and the other 2c’s variations are now illegal to import, possess, manufacture etc etc and has been for a few years now.
However, please feel free to do some extra research on the substances by reading a book called PIKHAL – Alexander Shulgin and his wife were the first people on this earth to get a licence from the DEA in the USA to manufacture and monitor the side effects and benefits of these new drugs and write down their experiences. He also has a second book which also gives in detail how to manufacture these (or it was the other way round – this may have been his first book, I forget).
Perhaps try looking for an old web page of the sort of prices that were available for 99%+ purity on say 500mg or 1gm. These were American Research Chemicals and were used for research purposes only 😉
If you are Chemically minded and want to talk chemical manufacture and the effects chemically on the body and mind then perhaps you could go to “The Hive” which I have found to have been useful. This was also in the centre of a controversy since the guy who owned the site was arrested for giving info on manufacture and supply of chemicals to make MDMA. Some students were involved, MDMA and the DEA/Feds were involved – thats about all I know.
However, if this “information” is of no use to you and you want to just buy these drugs then go to a city, perhaps “Acid City” 😉 or just some of the raves / clubs / squats and ask freely arround. You never know your luck.
