not come across any formal restrictions on its use; although large sales are monitored as its a potential precursor chemical to other class B controlled stimulants. I do think the DH (Department of Health) officials have been “leaning on” the Chinese herbalists to only prescribe the stuff after “proper procedures” – this is perhaps more because of the danger of people taking the substance for weight loss suffering heart problems from overdoses than any worry about recreational use!

Interesting stuff. Effects seem similar to amphet but less nasty comedown? There are some caveats over blood pressure/strain on heart muscles etc but these are prolly no worse than other street stimulants?

Haven’t tried it myself though, although doesn’t seem to bad.

I don’t think the UK authorities have managed to restrict it by law; and it was in fact council trading standards types who were hassling the Chinese herbalists;

Basically they got warned they should conduct some kind of assesment of their patients (as most do anyway) because if old fatso takes buys a ton of the stuff, eats the lot thinking it will make him into a “ladies favourite” and keels over stone dead they will have all sorts of officials nosing about their store and asking questions.
