Decent although many will say it’s inactive but that’s because it reacts with water so you need to avoid water/beer/whatever for around 30 mins before and after and dissolve the powder in an acid like fruit juice or maybe strong alcohol would work and at doses between 100mg-200mg (start with 100mg but do an allergy test 1st).
aMT is much better though and also consider A:-LAD and LSZ, all 3 of which are about to be banned in the UK.
