Nervous is normal and 1 pill all at once for your 1st time is foolish. With all new compounds you should at the very least do an allergy test, scrape a tiny amount off the pill, if you have scales that measure down to 1mg then around 5mg will be enough but just a few specks if not. If all is well after around 90 minutes try half a pill then give another 45-60 minutes to make sureall is still well before ingesting the remaining half.
