I think what he means isn’t that the parties are crap, but that too many people will rinse the same areas and the Welsh cops will clamp down like the English cops have in Bristol, Wiltshire and Berks (which is nearer to Wales than round here).
Its crap because parties in those areas (where I used to rave) get busted, not because the people/music/rigs aren’t any good…
Not every area of England is as lucky as East Anglia, where there is lots of lush venues and space and cops aren’t quite as on top..
