TBH as no-ones mentioned a specific free party or 100% confirmed they are attending one the cops can’t take any action on these messages other than perhaps alert the patrols for that weekend that there may be a party in their force area.
but the reality is those extra patrols were always there anyway.
Cops are now geared up constantly either for terrorist attacks or for racial violence due to the fear of these attacks or just drunken chavs kicking off on the streets, and raves are just being dealt with under an already planned clampdown on anti-social behaviour / drugs / binge-drinking etc.. They already have loads of spare units and resources (particularly dog units, riot vans etc) waiting for “out of the ordinary” things like this to happen. This is the consequence of a country now at war both abroad and to an extent at home.
