its a shame everyone has to be so fucking paranoid these days – but when everyone could be more blatant about parties and a lot more parties happened a lot of people rinsed the locations, many more rinsed the drugs, others did move on to “worse drugs” and “real crime”
Many even ended robbing off their friends, families and local community or doing fucked up things like domestic violence on comedowns (both family disputes and arguments with close partners) so of course there’s a backlash from cops/normal society.
Now most of these people don’t go to parties any more – they are either in HMP where they belong or are lonely bitter twisted addicts or ex-addicts who whinge about “how bad has treated them” when they have fucked up their own lives by their own hands…
But the damage is already done. Your generation is having to pay the price of my generations sins and mistakes (particularly those of my age who got into heroin/crack) and live under the lockdown. Your freedom is gone because some of my contemporaries abused it when we had it – the only thing we can do now is try and “guide and protect you…”
Maybe if a few more of you don’t repeat these mistakes and manage to party but keep the rest of their lives in perspectives the rest of society might one day realise that this culture is supposed to be fun rather than criminal/evil…
