I have a friend who sells cocaine but she can also get heroin if and when I want it. So a few months ago I asked if she could just get me whatever $10 would get me. She was not around from the day after I asked to about 3 weeks later with family issues or something(she did t wanna day anything more than that). So I let her adjust back into school, its been a while since I last asked and since she’d come back. On Monday I asked her if she could get me $20 worth and forgot to ask her if the dealer she’d get it from can get a needle. But all the rest of this week I haven’t seen her at all except for Monday. I don’t know anyone else I can go to either.

Why might she be doing this every time I ask?

What the fuck are you doing shooting smack if you’re still in school anyway? That doesn’t sound like the key to a long and happy life in my eyes.

PS: in American English, “school” means every type of education from elementary school (infants) to University.

in my old town a bunch of Americans got into a taxicab and said to the driver “hey, take us back to school” – he said “but which one do you mean?” – and he was getting quite worried at one point as he thought they were young teenage kids from a posh boarding school (like harry potter type school) and if they are not on “exeat” weekend they have absconded and he might be asked by the cops about their movements because European law is strong on child protection until you are 18 years old.

It was only when one of them gave the address of the university halls of residence he said “oh, you are meaning Reading University…”

Perhaps an average deal for her is $50. As such, giving her $10 and asking for a needle make you seem somewhat cheap compared to her nomal clients?

It probably isn’t like that, but I mention it as being a factor with criminal business’ – money talks.

I’m in highschool, but that doesn’t mean I’ll be doing it there.

I know that’s why when she was gone the first time i spent the $10. I asked her how much if it would be and if my $20 would be enough and she doesn’t come around for days or weeks after I ask. I was going to ask for a needle because I don’t know the pharmacy laws and getting needles if you’re under 18. And yes I still want it

You have the internet so look it up. You want the right type of needle for easier and less damaging administration. Just buying a random needle is foolish. If you really want to try this stuff at least do it right.

I did look it up and there isn’t shit for specific info about it. I thought about asking the guy at the counter but I had my cousin with me so I didn’t dare ask infront of her.

in the US they will vary from state to state.

Even liberal areas really are not going to encourage this and another factor which might also influence your friend is that dealing to under 18s (even if the dealer isn’t much older or the same age) is viewed as worse than young adults over 18 choosing to use drugs. in the UK and Europe thats often the difference between 2 years jail and 5 years if caught, and the more liberal areas of the USA are pretty much now similar to Europe in their outlook to drugs use. if you are below 18 and ask at many pharmacies anywhere in the world for needles to inject drugs outside of a prescription even if they do reluctantly provide you with one they will probably try and encourage you to seek rehab and perhaps even tip off the child protection agencies.

if you must try this stuff there various are ways of taking it without injecting, which carries a shit ton of extra health risks for a new user (including dangerous or fatal overdose) even in countries where they give you clean needles each time from the health authority. I live by the coast so its all over the region where I live but usually those who inject are already badly addicted.

Look, i’m 17. I’m guessing you’re my age as well as I can’t see many 15/16 year olds wanting to start injecting heroin. Seriously think about this decision though – it may seem like a good fun idea, the forbidden fruit that not many dare try, but is it really worth it? Imagine yourself in 10 years, living by the bins, starving and thieving just to get a hit of heroin. That is what your life will become. Infact, it won’t even be a life, it will just be a shitty existence to put it bluntly.

I had a 2 year mephedrone addiction and that was hard as hell to kick, so I couldn’t see myself trying heroin to be honest. If you’re only wanting to take heroin to numb some pain you have, or you’re depressed or something, there are plenty of people that can help you, including many here who will listen and try to impart advice..

I’m sorry but in all honesty there are two reasons why I want heroin.

One: I want to feel good and just to be able to escape everything.
Two: I could die from an overdose on it and in the place I’m in I don’t care. I don’t tell this friend this though because then there goes getting it.
