  • After taking a fair amount of mandy on the weekend, i found myself having the most uncomfortable sleep come sunday night.

I would start dreaming of me sleeping then waking up from disturbance occuring in my own room. This shit is like some parallel world , i would see transparent people in my room, like shadow figures, just watching me, walking around. It Freaked me out and it kept reoccuring over and over untill i was fully recoverred from the odd sleep.

I always tend to have this sort of crazy dream after heavy night/day out etc.

    Can anynybody relate to this?

It happened again on monday night, but thsi time it was more lucid, i was able to control some stages.

ive never had anything like this before.

Sounds like you’re being watched from the ‘other’ side.

i think ive made some threads about wierd dreams and sleep paralysis on here, cant find them at the moment.. i had loads of sleep paralysis after glade one year, but i think that was from all the nitol i took…was well good once i learnt how to control it tho, proper lucid dreams. Had some mad false awakenings as well..

I got a book from that Stephen Leberge (sp?) quite interesting, got a cd where he talks you into a lucid dream, pretty mad.

i didn’t mind when it was once every so often, its such a weird sensation. but now that its all the time it’s just an annoyance. and i never seem to feel rested when i get it either 🙁 it makes me hang up my glow sticks and lead the good life in the name of decent sleep.

if you can get past that initial shock and fear of not being able to move you can sometimes turn SP into a quality lucid dream :weee:

like uglyprettytrash, my sleep feels ruined, im trying to seek any tips or sleeping techniques that may discourage these damn dreams? Sleep with a bigger pillow? sleep sideways?

Sunday’s sleep was the winner, i woke up yelling out “what the fuck are you doing?” to some sort of transparent midget climbing on my window.
