he might not actually need the viagra; but just thinks he does; or for some reason just wants to get the sex over and done with quicker (possibly a hangover from religious iiews inherited by parents; maybe work pressures. It is also common for a young woman to prefer an older guy because he tends to have a more stable income stream, a house, car etc – not because they woman is just interested in the money but these provide a more convenient home life. But that means he has to work hard to get this money; and sex needs energy put into it.
Anyone older than 30 in Malaysia would have been taught about sex via the British (a surreal mixture of the religious lot and 1970s comedy films); as well as initially been pressured to still get arranged marriage. They are then then suddenly exposed to 1990s British post modernist culture followed by US-inspired porno based on instant gratification. At the same time Malysia has suddenly advanced loads in gender equality, freedom of speech and tolerance, approaching the level of Europe.
He is to be fair well behaved by European standards; men in similar situations here often become violent towards their partners.
The same cultural confusion has happened with science and engineering. You have what that has done to aviation safety in your country; what do you think it is going to do to peoples sex lives? (conidentally one theory about MH370 is that the older pilot may have been distracted due to a “complex love life” where he was having an affair. I don’t think that made him crash the aircraft; it was already defective due to bad maintenance; but bad news often leads to more being unearthed in wake of the investigations)
It does not have an easy answer; we have all the same problems here in Europe and they unfortunately seem to be the “price of freedom”. (However 6.8 kg weight gain genuinely many not be noticed; Malaysians are often larger than other folk from SE Asia (second only to Singapore) 😉
