Yeah that is good i love getting proper stoned with a few mates and watching many films and drifting in and ouy of sleep. Gotta hope i dont lose an eyebrow though as this has happened before and i was not best pleased.:cry:
sleep mostly (this is of course after I’ve got back home from the party as I tend to keep going right up until the end, I’m the sort of person who doesn’t want the fun to stop)
if I can’t sleep I try to read stuff (TBH I reckon this has improved my knowledge far better than formal education…)
I try not to take anything elseto make comedowns “better” as it just stresses your body more..
5 HTP helps reproduce the seratonin that you lost caning it and helps you sleep so aids recovery and you feel hungry when you wake up… works for me..
Mind you I also take it to help aid the low seratonin probs that my blood disorder causes too.. its great.. can get it from Holland and Barrett or i found a place online that is doing it well cheap at the moment.. i’ll find the link if anyone is interested
Well i actually enjoy the comedowns as i am still a little lost in my head, can never sleep so i usually have a couple of pints and a couple of decent joints yummm raaa
