TBH particularly having chatted about it on here I doubt you would get much for your money other than a letter from HM Revenue and Customs saying “this package contains prohibited material and its contents have been seized.”
Although Canada has for some reason decided not to make these designer substances prohibited like other countries have this – this means that Canada is watched heavily as a potential “trafficking zone” by other nations authorities..
Chump would have committed a crime in Britain, he could potentially find himself being investigated by British authorities.
Apparently Canada doesn’t yet have an extradition treaty with the UK – but it is being reviewed with specific reference to drug trafficking as one of the loopholes – the authorities in the UK can still confiscate packages coming in and Chump can still be put on one of the international “suspected traffickers” lists which could make foreign travel difficult for him.
Whilst in Canada at least for the moment it seems he can sell as much as he wants without penalty.
One piece of advice though Chump – please make sure everyone knows exactly what they are getting, what the effects can be and don’t just punt these out to randoms and kids (and try to make sure anyone who buys them off you in quantity is similarly informed).
otherwise someone is sure to fuck up and Canada might fast track the laws to make the substances illegal like many other jurisdictions worldwide have already done..
plus there’s probably still ancient laws about poisioning and “administering noxious substances” or civil law that you could still be done under if someone has a bad experience..
