At least in Luton/Beds you have a fair few legal events run by people into the underground party scene compared to other Eastern counties.

ive noticed the ads on level one for Luton events .they do look appealing. But the town centre can be pretty moody . i went to an old Skool Apply the Breaks event last year in the town centre the music was excellent . but it was moody in there . as i leaned against the wall .some big bloke who had already been snotty for no reason decided to grab me and throw me accross the room !
i wont be going back .
outdoors partys are fantastic and its easier to move away if people are looking for trouble
