Reading up on this stuff now you’ve brought it to my attention; Smoking it is apparently bullshit and doesn’t work. This would explain much lol.

Not too bothered, the sequence of events pretty much went; Mate tells me he has a bag of kratom – slaps it down infront of me, I say something along the lines of “brillaint!”, we make tea from it and whilst thats doing we binge smoked the rest of the bag. Drank the tea. Fuck all :laugh_at:

Nether of us had a clue what you’re meant to do, or how the high was meant to feel (didn’t realise it was compairable to an opiate till now). He said the tea made would be “bangin”… It was nowhere neer bangin’ :crazy_diz

Thankfully I think the weed was a nice skunky bastard that night. Made up for it if I remember properly.

As I said, I jsut felt really hyper, and the discription of opiate high, the;
“you feel totally and completely in dreamland and nothing matters anymore except the fact that you are in a state of total and complete bliss”
I get that on just pills with an added craving to dance :laugh_at:

I did that waaay back when I didn’t really take drugs that often at all. Just once every like 2 weeks and then again that was only weed. So I shoudn’t of had any resistance. Think the bag was like 20g or sommit? Very strange. Maybe the stuff we had was just weak as piss?

i ate a whole pack of kratom gold (kratom extract) at reading festival and it was ok, but i was pissed and blazed…. is a rip off though….. but its worth doing

from what i’ve heard kratom can be very good or do almost nothing. its potency and the different types/strains are very variable. plus you need to have prepared the tea properly. quality kratom is supposed to wok fairly well tho… like a bit of hydrocodone or a couple percocets

i have taken it b4 .. just made me wanna goto sleep .. and i think i did … not really like opiats in feeling but it makes you drowsey like an opiate would imo … alltho you do get a comforting effect from it .. it’s not as warm huggy like say heroin … it’s just like when your really tired and curl up in a ball after being awake for a bit too long but with out the falling asleep bit (unless u do fall asleep .. then you might as well of just gone to sleep anyway sober and saved your cash)… bit of an iratating feeling imo .. but not too much of a bother
