proper good nitrous at that tek just gone, saw people stacking it everywhere, was quite funny until i saw one guy deck it face down then start to chew the floor :hopeless:

Remember at the first the First or second Drop Beats Process……we were sellin’ nitrous hadn’t realy been on the party scene that long then, or so i remember, people were comming up to us & asking what it does etc.. about half an hour in all i had to do was point at you giggling your tits off sat on the floor with a nice blue tint to your lips…………fookin funny!!!

Has anyone else found that you can get different strength chargers? Had two lots from different suppliers and one was really strong while the other quite weak. Anyone else found this? 😉

some of them arent pure – problem is that if you are bying them for caterring it doesnt matter a shit what the gas is so long as its inert – so you get ones that have got mixed nox/nitrogen in

but if you are breathing the shit in of corse the mixed ones dont get you cratered as fast.

I’v noticed the stuff from partys tends to be stonger, but that could be because there bigger baloons. I get a bit freaked out by the oily crud left inside the cream tank thingy. But I smoke so thats a bit silly.

Warning as 50 explosive cylinders stolen – East Anglian Daily Times

not good – pretty fucking obvious (to us ravers at least) why these cylinders are going missing… however bad prohibition is its just not right IMO to rob off the NHS to this level and worse when they are taking medical supplies away from pregnant women etc (especially with the amount of babies being born in Suffolk!)

the NHS / Department of Health have the power to advise the Home Office about drugs policy and where to target enforcement….

balloons are well good, you can get them from bestwhip.com or from dr hermans i think thats what the shop is called, they sell weed seeds to in manchetser and i think their is one in liverpool, they work when ur not wasted but their better if u r off ur head, i once had a balloon and it felt like i was on acid.

here in NZ we had bars that just had nos in them it was so cool, you ordered it in balloon or got the pipe. the Government has ruled that selling or buying nitrous oxide to inhale is illegal and the bars are now all shout down

(On weekend nights in the city centre, young people can be seen doubled over on the footpath outside nos bars, sucking on $5 gas-filled balloons and giggling as they enjoy a dizzying high. )

This post is a bit old but figured someone will ask this again at some point…

In general, there is no law against carrying, distributing, inhaling nitrous oxide (aka Whip Cream Chargers or Laughing Gas) and I find it hard to believe that someone will even care. I spoke to a guy who followed the Phish tour in 2003 and made $10000 a week selling baloons outside each venue.

That said, problems may arise if something happens to one of the people who inhaled it at the show. At which point authorities can detain anyone involved for further questioning and try to charge you with something. Now, is it going to “stick” in court? depends on your attorney, etc. There are also chances that you will never be found (unless you pay for a spot or something).

So, bottom line there is always risk, as there is for someone who is selling alcohol, etc. At this point it becomes a very personal question of whether or not “the juice is worth the squeeze”…

Disclaimer: I am not an attorney but an industry veteran. If you intend on making a “business” out of it I would definitely consult with a local attorney (I did) at your home state and verify the specific laws for your state. Spend the extra $100 for 15 minutes with the guy and you will know for sure.
