ok here goes some sensible advice on balloons [anyone seen my pipe and slippers anywhere?]

the idea with nitrous is to get a lungful so to find out what size of lungs you have take a big breath and blow into a balloon [probably blow it up a couple of times before this to stretch the rubber:groucho: which will make it easier to do this without turning puce:wink:]

this is the size of nitrous balloon you should ideally make – any bigger and it would be more than one breath which will probably lead to wastage…

when you are ready with your balloon, exhale all the air in your lungs [to the best of your ability:wink:] and putting balloon to mouth breath the whole thing in, holding it in as long as possible for the best possible use of the gas without self inflicted suffocation:groucho:

Get punch balloons from ebay, 50 for bout £8 delivered. (you can get 5 crackers in one of these, we done it, and boy what a rush.)
keep huffin till you cant go no more, then dont let go of the balloon, theres 2 or 3 more hits left.:crazy_diz :crazy_dru

Nice one matey. Last time I had some no2 was in hospital last November and they couldn’t get the tank off me.

Normal party ballons are fine (not the small ones) you can fit two no2 chargers in a normal ballon, we got ours from tesco,

I use CreamSupplies/.
Very good customer service and fast turn-around (next day delivery).
Try the different makes, all are slightly different strenghs.

Dr Hermans is a name i havent heard in a few years. i knew the bloke who started it Charlie, he introduced me to Howard Marks at an aftershow party when HM was doing his 1 man show in sheperds bush empire. gave my misses a sloppy kiss and me some weed to do a joint. He was wankered:wink: Good weed though:love:

its well annoying when u find out you can get them for 20p, though you cant take your own into a club so….
