of more concern is that SCDEA (the Scottish anti drugs feds, they have their own!) and drugs-forum have both independently tested so-called “NRG-1” and found it to contain MDPV.
This is in fact a cathinone and is a class B controlled substance.

could that have just been a dodgy batch they tested do you know or has this been discovered a number of times? If its just twice it could have been chance I guess. Dodgy stuff indeed all this “legal” high stuff.
EDIT: just read this part from the report; “While these data corroborate with the public warnings from the Scottish authorities, other batches of “NRG-1” have been reported to genuinely contain naphthylpyrovalerone, though the supportive data for these analyses is not publicly available”
“What is even more worrying is that there are likely multiple batches in distribution under the name of “NRG-1” and these may be entirely different substances, with varying safety profiles and differing effects. These data demonstrate both a lack of morals on the part of the chemical manufacturers, and a lack of quality control by their wholesalers. For reasons of safety and legality, it is therefore strongly advised that researchers avoid all such branded chemicals for the foreseeable future.”
