Aside from the biggest difference between them being that MDMA is more than likely closer to pure than pills, I prefer Mandy for a few reasons.
I reckon Mandy is more predictable, and you can control the buzz better. With pills your popping em all over, and Im generally up and down, depending on when I pop more, how many, and what with. With Mandy I have a line, and Its always the same size more or less, and even If I mix It with K or Coke it always gives similar results. No dodgy stomach like pills, or weird heavy rush.
I do think pills can gives a better peak, but doesnt last that long, and tbh I get annoyed with the big rush on pills, because It makes me lick my lips and bite my tongue haha. MD gives me a much smoother, more stable buzz.
Unfortunately I think MD fucks my mind more than Pills, as well as fucking my wallet. I was pretty skint after buying MD at the last 20 parties Ive been at, and decided to do pills for the first time in over a year. Was pretty disappointed, and would rather pay loads more to ensure Im gonna get a proper, decent, predictable buzz. Mostly because the biggest problem is that heavy feeling, and a shitty stomach. These that I never get with MD, provided I dont sit still doing fuck all for too long.
