Shaved balls: no not necessary, bit of a trim back if it is really long there but don’t over do it.
Surrounding pubes: just a little trim so no stragglers tickle your nose or get caught in your teeth.

I don’t think I would be turned on if I was with a guy that was all shaved and pruned. I think it would be a bit strange for me. I like my men to look like men, not like little boys!
