man can’t do anything better with a chem setup that nature hasn’t done with the poppy plant. example: oxymorphone is just morphine x10 in terms of strength. nothing new or revolutionary about the action of the drug. just a knock off of nature.

I agree with you completely. As a species we are set on logic and reasoning yet remain so unbelievably irrational and quite frankly stupid in so many areas.
