you are using a net connection where even the local donut munchers can chase you down relatively easily. And once you start even making your internet traffic seem like you are going to cross a county, state or country border with your “business” then the feds get involved; with class I/A /hard drugs the way its always worked is that if GCHQ in England or MIVD in Netherlands see something from a “foreigner” they don’t just ignore it; they tell FBI/NSA. And vice versa. Its been like that 30+ years before Internet exisited.
BTW All DOCSIS (cable-tv) broadband gives more clues to location even to those who are not NSA or GCHQ calibre. Its not deliberately so the feds/NSA can monitor everyone; its so if there is a fault, the cable guy can work out what area of a big city is affected, and how many households, if its a local cable box kaput or just a small length of dropwire cable. if it were not set up like that; it would look like 200km of the same cable and be near impossible for the engineers to keep it working.
Your cable company is in the shit globally reputation wise and will try to clean things up; one way of doing this is dumping “non family/business friendly” customers and/or turning them over to cops/feds as they are more likely to download pirate stuff and use more data and they can show they are not dealing with sleazy people.
Therefore it is not a good idea to use such connections for this kind or thing. Mobile internet are even worse; they are radiotelephones and thus can be traced to their exact locations. SMS texts are easy to monitor. Voice less so; feds have to listen to all the calls. This takes up time and money so is reserved for big time dealers. NSA are not lying when they said they only tapped around 30 world leaders at a time; as that is the amount which will fit down 2 x telephone wire pairs without those extra jumper wires looking suspicious in the Telephone Exchange (central) or costing them $$$ (spies don’t get free telephone circuits, they have to pay the bill like everyone else).
If you have good MDMA and are in an area where young people like EDM; you don’t even need to use online methods to offload it. In my partying days dealers never had problems shifting it and there wasn’t even rivalry/competiton, they couldn’t get enough to satisfy demand.
