well my dog ..i might take him ..but he may bark …or get lost….what do i do …last party last year this dig was yappin all nite ..it was doing my head in……………………………………:crazy_dru ive heard stories of doge pissin all ove r the wiring ,,,heehee ..sorry shouldnt laff…:laugh_at: ..my dog would prob do that ….

dog* im in a rush ok …..

Have taken my 3 before now but whilst they enjoy the attention I dont think they really enjoy the loud music too much.(Maybe they prefer gabba or something)Also if im playing i dont think its fair to leave someone else looking after them as being staffys they can be a royal pain in the arse especially if there are other dogs there.

I was at a party and the was a dog barking, i couldnt see it … i turned to the guy next to me and asked if he could hear it to …

i dont mind pets at parties … its when i cant see them it scares me haha

hahaha ..dont think im gonna bother you know cos hes a pain in the arse..i wouldnt be able to rest …an hed prob be freaked out an bark ….:hopeless:

Always see dogs jus runnin around raves randomly, fuk knows how the owners find them again afterwards.

pure luck orrrr one of those dog whistles … maybe … i wouldnt no i find it hard enough to find friends never mind a woof woof 🙂

The dogs find their own way back most of the times.

I think people underestimate the intelligence and resourcefullness of these animals – which are perfectly capable of remembering the locations of their “pack” and vehicles/objects associated with them.

although it does happen, its rare for a dog to get lost at a rave, and often even if it does it is usually taken in by another dog owner and reunited with its original family (this happened after a recent party).

I would love to take my dog partyin, it wud b so funny to seem him runnin around while all the muntered ppl jus stare at him! one problem would be that he is kinda on a short string wen it comes to any other dog, i wud probly hav to keep him on a lead or sumit tied t o the car.
Anyways i dunt hav anythink against dogs at parties as long as they r looked after n dunt get into fights wit other dogs!

i dont personally mind pets being at parties, but i wouldnt take my own. i couldnt risk gettin too messy, and somethin bad happenin to her.

at a party at thetford, there was this one dog which kept on jumpin in this scabby lake, then runnin round to certain groups of people, and shaking the rank water all over them! then it started harassing anoteh dog, by following it everywhere!

i personally think pets/ kids are better left at home, but i dont mind seeing them there. they can be quite nice to pat… (not kids, dogs)

I think I remember that, wasn’t it a really yappy dog as well?

A couple of my k-head friends narrowly missed ending up in the lake too…

hahaahaha funny…raaa an i think your right

I am ok about taking my dogs to parties but they tend to ask to go and get in the spaceship [car] when they get fed up of the music/party. My mutts are extremely sociable though and love techno [they will come and sit in the room with me when I am playing the decks even if other rooms are available:groucho:]

I think you can happily take dogs to parties as long as they have somewhere they can go to to chill out when they have had enough [just like people really :groucho:]

I think it depends on the dog.

A good friend of mine takes his dogs to parties, they’re all spot on sorted tho, friendly, sociable, not agro with people and/or other animals,a nd they’re always looked after. Never got lost, for long! Always came home, anyway he’d never leave without em no matter how spannered he got. People all knew em and him anyway, would bring em back if owt did happen.

‘s wonderful having them to play with, and curl up with, they love trolling around getting loads of attention and may also disuade people of the not-so-nice-variety from messing with you. (ones a staffy cross, ones a dobermnan/greyhound cross and ones a black lab cross – look hard as nails but are well trained, absolutely daft and completely soft as shite!)

Have seen dogs that shouldn’t be taken tho – scared shitless, worried, high-strung, aggeressive. Thats a shame. Parties aren’t for every person, nor for every dog either. Just a little common sense needed is all.

my dog is only two and i try to take her every where with me .she loves people and dogs .she always stays in sight will play in front of a rig fine . she didnt like the high volume at first so i kept my distance shes fine now.i get freinds or family to have her if im going to the Glade or sonar . i would not use kennels , ive never visited one but it must be dog prison. shes a collie cross . she got chased and rolled by bigger dogs at camelford and Brecon last summer but was fine . had two collies years ago and would only take to one day fests like strawberry fair or brighton. truly mans best frend:love:
