As a super food I suspect it’s going to be super expensive – like manuka honey

    £1 a gram, pretty cheap i reckon.

iirc Phytoplankton naturaly orrcurs in seas and oceans and is pretty much the bottom of the food chain .. it’s what other minute organisms feed on and even big ones like ray fish ect. … it is the soul diet of ray fish therefor must be packed with nutriants in order to keep the rays alive and healthy .. if it’s good for the fish ..can’t see why it’s not gonna be good for you 😉

If you eat a ray fish which earlier ate the plancton then I guess you’d be eating a super super food

apparently you could just eat that plankton and nothin else and survive, cant imagine it’d be very nice tho :yakk:

    woooo super food!!!

If its green and tastes like off fanny then its probably Spirulina.

It’s good for you but fuckin disgusting.

nah i asked him if it was spirolina and he said no, supposedly better for you than spirolina. this stuff tastes proper wrong, like your eating the sludge at the bottom of a fish tank. It looks like a big lump of dark green charcoal, all the spirolina ive seen was just in a powder. forgot i had it actually, definatly gonna eat the lot when i get home, feeling pretty rank after the weekend.
