I get the impression the Dutch journalists (and the website editor) of NRC news don’t think that much of Adele – although the headline under the pigs head reads “Adele posesses healing power” the Dutch are as good as sarcasm as we are – the linked article is a sharp sarcastic swipe (echt kattig!) at the whole phenomenon surrounding Adele’s music and popularity (although 100% true) whereas Helene Fischer is highly praised (to be fair her music is better, at least if you understand some German…)
