Ah yeah i could see why these sort of coppers would be a problem, just an excuse for them to get stuck in and have a bit of a scrap. Guessing there would be no major repurcussionds if they did get seen to be a bit heavy handed? Well i mean being done for assault or something similar?
Ooo i remember the SWIM thing! think it was on another forum i used years ago about drug use. kinda handy somethimes!
I really dont think it would be any better without riot police TBH it would be worse, if people behaved the police wouldn’t come in waving battons..
my mates sister is married to a cop and he loves policing high profile hooligan derby’s .and he tells us that he enjoys the rush and likes a bit of a ruck.
just come back from grimsby vs. lincoln today…
pitch invasion, which is always great fun! but then riots downtown afterwards :you_crazy
the riot coppers in the actual stadium looked gutted that they couldn’t get stuck into anyone  they were well up for it, as usual. i wanted to nick a coppers hat but i decided he might not see the funny side, and i had to be a good example to my little brother :weee:
Well,
I supose No on need Bother going to free Gatherings any more,
might as well, just stay at home, wathch 1000s of channles of corpral ballshit on the TV, in our nine to five, corpral uniform society,
where no one has the wright to be free, because the pigywigy state
doesnt like people like you and me, who think for are selfs and like to be Free
comunicate to liberate+
there are plenty of smaller friendlier free gatherings that go off without problems every weekend.
The state is a lumbering beast which acts quite slowly and in some cases the enemy is within rather than from outside.
As this local chap said..
Interesting points!
I wish to raise an opinion of my own, which I have been inspired to do from reading the on the thread (intended for the Autharities to post at;) at,

Just to name a few! There were plenty more at the time and there were an or-inspiring Rave scene genraly, with lots of good vibes and energy!
My self, only being Born in 1977, feel a bit hard done by, for being to young to have attended a lot of these organised licenced Raves, as I was only 14 years old in 1992 though would have loved to have experianced the joy love and energy of the Rave Scene then.
I first started going to Raves, both licenced legal ones and so caled free “illiegal”, unlicenced ones from 1994.
The so called “Rave Scene”, as egotistical teenagers, was an influential part of our Culture and personal and sociol identification, from the clothes peope wore, from the language people used, the Partys, gossip, flyers and those disiples who pireted the Air waves to keep us upto date on the Rawast tunes and the hapening events.
More so, than such influencies which were pressent at the time in main stream Media.
Having grown up in Kent and “poped” my first E” in 1994, I was OverWelmed, by those feeling that were realised from within my self, as much as I was uplifted insperated by those feeling being generated from other people Partying, especialy at the free outdoors events
I recal, going to licenced organised warhouse events, where every one had had to Pay more than £25.00 pounds a ticket, to be able to attend the Rave.
I whittnessed some People who had desighned their own cloths being turned away!
Admittedly, the Sounds and lights wernt Bad, and it were so packed in der hot spots, that you could bearly move!
In my opinoiun, from the mid 90s, like from late 93, 94, onwards, there were changes in the vibes music being Played.
Hardcore Music seemed to sub catigorise into differnt geners gradualy! You Got, Happy hardcore, Gabber, Jungle ect. Where as before, we just called it Hardcore!
Hardcore, seemed to get replaced from those classic sounds of the Atari and Amiga (Octamed) tracker, for instance, and (Cubase) sequencing on the Atari. The Classic sound of the Hardcore Breakbeat, was in some cases, replased by a 4 by 4 Kick drum, and what people referd to as Hardcore, began “in my opinioun” to become more Cheesie(Oh gosh, Cheese make ya Blush)

The point I wish to make though is that I feel that alianation, segrigation and isolation has led to so called “BaD ViBes”, that people seem to be refering to recently!
It anouyes me a bit when people refer to people as chavs, (No offence, if you consider your self a Chav).
Whether Black white, or what ever your cultur or gender, we are all still human at the end of the day, so there for experiances the same feelings.
I say, Our Culture has been Chaved! There is no need some younger generation may feel to go to represent there culture through partys, or start making your own music, since you can download your favorite tunes to your mobile (_for-instant’s,).
Likwise, why’s, why bother to make your own clothes, when you can look like all your freinds, with a bit of bling, for 59pence. (-only_joking!)
The Media now potraise another sterotypical group of people, retherd to as the “Alternitives” (dont no which pop stars arse they lick!).
In any case, I feel that some youth of today have lost belief in their selfs and there is not much for them to do.
Sombody just referd to a quote that;
[quote) the parties need to get a bit smaller [quote)
Well, to quote my self!
I have been enjoying Partys since the age of three
If we let Party’s get much Smaller, There wont evan be a “Party”, Rave Scene
Likwise, why’s, why bother to make your own clothes, when you can look like all your freinds, with a bit of bling, for 59pence. (-only_joking!)
have you actually been raving recently?
I know plenty of people who are aged 16-19 and still do all the old skool stuff like you mentioned, and many more who make their own tunes
I was there at the early 90s rave scene from 1991 onwards and TBH a lot of what people say about it is viewing things with rose-tinted specs.
those big raves, particularly the licensed ones werent 100% fluffy but were infiltrated by criminal gangs as early as 1992 – the “fluffy” part of it really only lasted 6 months TBH.
Lots of people my generation fucked up on the drugs as well and ended up as burned out angry addicts
OK today theres a few more police clampdowns and surveillance but good parties still happen.
BTW whats happened to the rest of your mates from TVC? haven’t heard from them for ages, and theres people here from SE London and Kent who might be interested in their parties…
:weee:
dont know about that one;
Not that its got much to do with the Authaurities breaking up free gatherings,
which in this case it is reported that 3000 people wished to attend!
just to quote my self there…

A LOT OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESION OUT THERE
Complicated one is that. It’s easy to say, and in many cases could be true. But it’s like a balancing act at the moment, it could swing either way. TBH it’s pretty rough for many young people growin up at the moment. From all aspects of society.
Many almost “accept and conform” but many also live freely. The problem is young people themselves just as much as the authorities. It’s so fuckin divided, and there is ridiculous hatred from young people against another “group” of young people.
I still believe that partying is one of the few things that can unite people, and I wouldn’t say that we’re “out of hope” by a long way yet.
I spose, I like things “fluthy”
