I don;t think it I just saw it and posted it bud. I think a lot of the problems related to s ripted drugs stem from the fact the necessary information was not adequately discussed with the patient leaving many with no clue of how dangerous and addictive they can really be.

I got into big trouble with genuine tramadol straight from a british pharmacy. The problem was I knew these were pharma grade pellets but tramadol is entirely hit and miss for me and I have no idea why. Anyway O had 60x100mg mocified release pellets and just kept munching more and more every 30 mins or so. but knowing they were the genuine article I convinced myself I’d get there in the end if I just kept popping them.

That lasted for maybe 5 hours and 5500mg tramadol later I got an effect, my breathing stopped and I collapsed (which I don’t remember) but I do remember a paramedic coming in shortly thereafter with an ovygen cannister which then meant I couldn’t smoke either and was getting pretty pissed off about things by now. Not long after an ambulance arrived and took me to the hospital where they kept me overnight.

Even after stopping breathing and collapsing you’d have thought I’d learned my lesson but no, I still had 500mg tramadol left in my pocket and I figure if anything else goes wrong I’m in the best place for it happen

I still have no idea to this day what caused such incredible differences in effect. Sometimes I would take 200mg for pain and felt the smacky feeling but then at 6grams total nothing but near death. I have tried many opiods and there was only 1 other that gave the same variable results and that was pethidine which came in 50mg pellets and 100mg might possibly have an effect but most often got nothing and probably pushed that as high as a gram at the most extreme.
