Having trouble pissing is a common problem with Billy, MDMA (and K- Mainly because you have to actually remember how to piss!). I’m no doctor, but I’d make a guess at it having an effect on your Prostate gland (which controls your ability to relieve yourself).

I’d be worried about the discharge. That would also probably come from the prostate. I’d get checked out if it keeps happening (or… stop doing so much!)
That combination, although definitely interesting places quite a strain on your heart, so be very carefull!.
As for the pissing, he has to learn to relax. As the body gets used to the chemicals, and gets older, the prostate gets weaker and it won’t be much of a problem.
But then, this leaves the door open for major prostate problems later on in life! (I.e. not being able to hold it in!)
As with everything, moderation is the key. (You’ll thank yourself for it later on!!)
