that is IMO the major problem with the raves at the moment. Even the cops, farmers and Forestry officials are coming across like eco-warriors these days as they tend to complain more about “environmental damage” than noise or even drugs! they have also got photographic evidence of the rubbish being left behind.
To be fair much of it is actually cleared up but the bags are still left (passing the disposal costs back to the farmer) and the Forestry chap said he accepted that clear up was done but “often it isn’t good enough”.

that is perfect sense and what people used to do (also bottles/cans are valuable as scrap) but its all fallen by the wayside. I think a lot of it is because parties go well into Sunday afternoon so people are too sketchy to do the clear up properly (or its becoming dark), also many don’t care as they aren’t that bothered if parties still happen when they are in their mid twenties as they will have stopped going..
