US, yes. It’s a big place, I live in the middle where heroin is rare. Meth is common here, heroin is more common on the coasts and along the Mexican border. Cocaine is everywhere. But I think their problem was lack of money, not connections. You don’t get that kind of addiction without some serious opiate hookups

I always forget the USA is soo damn big and changes so much state to state. Is the cocaine good where you are? its rubbish in England 90% of the time, well, unless you know the right people I am sure.

had bad toothache pain for awhile.. and a friend who was in a crash beforehand got prescribed them, gave me 20 and took them within 3 days.

i got a nice mellow dunt off them, work was alot easier to go to and generally liked them.

My mom actually gets them for nerve pain. she gets 180 Tramadol 50’s a month. And it is definitely awful to snort but you feel it really quick, or at least I did. But I had also snorted some Oxy like 2 hours before that so…

The name brand is ultram…the thing with these is that there is a high seizure risk. I use to be able to take 4 roxy 30’s at a time by mouth so I had a high tolerance. But when all I could find was tramadol I would have to take like 4 just to get the edge off. Within oneday I took 12(which really wasnt a huge amount of pills for me). That evening I started having seizures. This happened to me three different times with these so just be careful.

Yeah the ones I was taking didnt have any tylenol or ibuprophen in them. Thats something you have to watch also. Tylenol poisoning is not fun.
