Dextromethorphan. I took it along with 300mg Bupropion XL daily, and I was high for 3 days. 2 of which I couldn’t get out of bed. That was some scary shit. :frown:

I think most pharmaceutical drugs used to treat mental illness are pretty evil. Mirtazapine because of the truly awful dreams it gave me and Quetiapine (Seroquel) which gave me a seizure amongst other problems are the two worst I’ve been prescribed.

It really is a proper dodgy drug. It seems to work for a few but most people just seem to have a negative reaction, be it physiological or psychological. If you don’t mind me asking do you even have bipolar or schizophrenia, for which it can be affective in treating? Because it is prescribed to an alarming number of people who have no such diagnosis (like myself) just to see what it’ll do.

Yeah, cos that doesn’t sound dodgy. How old are you now if you don’t mind me asking? Also I’m pretty clueless on how the American system works; but couldn’t you refuse the meds if you didn’t think you needed them? Over here they can only force medication on you once you’ve been sectioned i.e. you’re a danger to yourself or others.
