I had the iso before the post came and I had an good few hours before I could take the aMT so it seemed reasonable but in general no it’s not needed. The duration o the aMT is definitely long enough without the need for stims.

There really is no need for stims when on psychedelics. Perhaps maybe a couple of good pills or MD
