i took a lot 100mgs+ a week on average maybe for 2 years(ish). not all the time sometimes have weeks off and not take any and sometimes have weekends were i would take 500mgs in 3 or 4 days.

it really is not good dude. Can give you the most gruesome of comedowns, luckily i never really got any physical side effects like siezures or anything like that, but just permanant tiredness, which meant i had to take uppers to counteract it. and quite bad depression and properly spaced out. also dont forget that it pretty much destroyed my memory for large periods. luckily no long term memory luckily no long term memory damage memory damage 😉 i dont think anyway, but still knock them on the head or at least just use them for bad trips or to get yourself off to sleep at festivals or when on uppers, dont use them recreationally you wont do yourself any favours.

also if you take a lot it can put a lot of strain on your insides like your kidneys, liver etc….

damn man thats a hell of a lot of valium!! I knew they were addictive but damn! I am goin cold turkey and keeping the hell away from them now I have given them a good go, good for bad trips and sleep as u say. 🙂

valium doesnt really do that much to you other than make it a bit hard to walk and make you a bit spacey. you have also been taking a few recently and your tolerance goes up pretty high with benzos. I had five on the fri b4 stpauls to get me to sleep and still couldnt nod off, where as y mates who had one said it knocked them out completely.

just be carefull how many you take. did you take all them in one go?
