Doctors are a lot more careful than they used to be with prescribing valium.

My choice of Benzo atm (even though it isn’t strictly a Benzo) is Etizolam. My tolerance for benzos is too high, I can (and have) literally eaten over 100mg of VAL and Xanax and been practically unaffected. No cross tolerance with Etizolam though. I still 2 mg ones 5 at a time which is roughly equivalent to 100mg of Diazepam. And for the record Tamazepam is shit imo, was prescribed it a few years back for my chronic insomnia. I was instructed to take one 5mg tablet to aid sleep. 80mg and I was still awake so binned them the next day.
