i have known a few people that have done that on a pill come down .. and they recon its well good .. i only tryed it on a coke come down .. and boy did it fucking help … only problem is i know people who have done thae same thing with smack and got hooked on it as a result .. if you do pills all the time .. then its not an easy way out of come downs as you will end up getting hooked on benzoes wich is far worse than a pill come down imo …

think thats pretty important, ive been blowing most of my money on chang recently and its a shit feeling not being able to sleep with the added worry of knowing your gonna have a shit month finacially. :hopeless:

ive never tried valium or xanax but have used temazepam recently and that lets me sleep within half an hour with a 20mg dose no matter how much im still buzzing.

Give me Valis any day of the week. I think xanax is banned in UK, connected with lots of suicides.

If I was a first time user of valium i’d take 20mg for a comedown.

Xanax is supposed to be 5x’s stronger and it acts quicker but it doesn’t last as long (the half life is a lot shorter) and just if not as more addictive than vallies.

Temmazzies are way down the list for addiction. They are habbit forming but nowhere near as bad as the other two which are benzos. I think tamazepam are classed as a Hypnotic – however, I dont get much off the tammies now. I do have a stash off 2 of these “Types” of drugs for “emergency” uses somewhere.

Xanax if its a 2.0mg tab take one, perhaps half. if its a 1mg tab take one, perhaps 2, if its a (I think 0.25 or 0.5mg) then well, what can I say?

Mixing alcohol with benzos such as vallium would only exacerbate the situation. The alcohol would make the benzo appear to be stronger. However, the risk is quite low say 4/10. Obviously, if you vomit whilst asleep then your putting yourself at more risk.

Mixed with other drugs such as heroin this is a scale of 9/10 for danger due to overdose and tolerance.

See, you can never actually die from a benzo overdose – its when you mix benzos with other substances that actually increase the chances of getting a free taxi to hospital.

Remember the old rule when your at a party? Tell your friends what drugs you have taken and how much to drink you have had and if anything happens to you then someone can tell the ambulance?

And if no-one has heard of that before then the scene has changed for the worse.

the risk is depression of breathing, so using other ‘ depressants’ like alcohol increase the risk of OD

as far as i no temmazzies are still benzos and are still habbit forming same as nitrazepam,lorazepam,lormatazepam,flunitrazepam apart from these are all classed as tranquelizers were as valium (diazepam) are sedatives which as e_babes says wont knock you straight out but will take care of the worst of come downs,tho in my experiance i have seen people just ko on 10mg of valium so it depends on who you are i supose.

also in my experiance i find valium go damn nice with uppers you get a floaty happy buzz of the vallies an a nice rush of the mdma.

Not something to get into to much tho as gl said they will give you 1 nasty habit!
