well if you buy phenazepam from china it’s like 1 pound a gram! (you have to buy 250 or so though) if you buy it off vendors it’s like 1 pound every 10 mg!! rip off.

yes but when you’re going smaller than .001 they become very expensive! so best to just get .001 then half it.

btw phenazepam at 0.5 is WAY too small. 2-4 mg is a worthy dose.

There is some top comparative information on benzodiazepines(doses, half life, effects etc) at BENZODIAZEPINES: HOW THEY WORK AND HOW TO WITHDRAW. As I have Temazepam and Zopiclone prescribed from time to time I wanted to be informed on how they compare with old fashioned benzos such as valium.

Also some useful info pulled from various medical journals is archived at Benzo binding studies (separate pages for each chemical).

3-4 just to go to bed is a lot.

I really need some Valium or something. I sleep a couple hours each night. I get proper bouts of insomnia so it makes me quite slow in the day.

I spend all my money on a draw to get me to sleep.

Valium doesnt help you if you arent sleeping – the sleep you get from it is not REM sleep and if you take it for too long you can lose your grip on reality [in some cases the mental problems resulting from valium abuse never go away]

20mg, first decent dose with it, its interesting, tempted to take more but internet says no

thanks TG, I will keep well away from it for regular use herd too many horror story’s. Just thought I would treat myself to a good nights sleep. *ponders* perhaps upping it to 25 would be fine
