yep it does! makes you want to sleep! I used it as a sleeping pill after doing lots of coke when I could not get any sleeping aids like valliums.. nasty stuff because you wake up with head in toilet being sick. but a very low amount of alcohol makes you social and energetic i find

i’ve spent days awake feeling nothing but nice feelings even when i end the sesh and go to sleep no hangover, that’s sort of the problem with this though you don’t get the bad feelings like uppers n stuff so feel the need to do more and addiction kicks you up the ass 😉
