I’m not very computer literate so nothing on line,
I recently looked at going back to study part time but it’s SO expensive so I joined my local adult ed class and its great!
I paint in oils, acrylic and recently gouache, not sure how to describe any of it, I guess abstract. It makes perfect sense to me but my class mates always ask what I’ve painted and are suprised to find its the same as them! Today we were sat in a field and it was nice and relaxing to be out in the open doing something I enjoy
cycling and a bit of photography (about the only thing I have time for at the moment!). watching nature (anything from the antics of pet cats and dogs to wild animals)
I have skills in electronics but haven’t had time for many projects recently. used to enjoy recovering LEDs etc out of scrapped kit and building flashing light type things…
At least even the ride to work often involves going through rural areas
so I see loads of interesting stuff on the way…
Take a look at the SpokePOV Kit

Combine two of your hobbies.
Not sure how it would go down in the rural areas, with Pac Man trying to eat everything along the way.
I am currently working on a MiniPOV 2 Kit. I have a plan!

not sure TBH if I would really want to attach that big PCB with 2 NIMH cells to a bike wheel just using cable-ties (especially when I am coming down a hill at 30+ mph!).
That said it is a cool circuit for other purposes.
What I might be interested in is electro-luminescent ribbon/ thin tube for the frame and a suitable inverter. Anyone got any good sources for this?
Have never been trained to dive in a dry suit………..whats the vis like for UK diving? I imagine it to be pretty poor.
Should have a garden when I move house, I’m well looking forward to it. 🙂

This summer I am having days off, first time in 5 years. I am going to Norway to work as voulunteer in a extreme sport center sitet up in the mountains…..white water rafting, bounge jumps from a hellicopter, free speed driving at an airfield, carting, mountainclimbing and rapelling and so on. Looking really forward to it, I use it in terrapautic means, it brings calmness to my soul…

Also over the last two years I’ve been helping out with Chernoybl’s children, fund raising for the trip that they have every year over here and also go on the trips with them to help etc, that was rather fun..
it does sound like fun
