I’m interested to what you lot think. I can’t ever recall seeing someone on heroin or crack before.. but when mashed on K it DEFINITELY changes the way you look big time. face looks very different, the eyes mainly and the all round general “completely fucked off his nut” atmosphere created by his/her presence.

I think MDMA is another contender when taking in large quantities, gurning your face off and the crazy dance moves some people think they can pull off (me included) is definitely an indication that you’ve taken something.

I’m not talking about long term how it changes your appearance form abuse over many years. I mean throughout the night.

Yeah, I would say MDMA and K are the two main contenders. You can tell people on crack or smack if you know what to look for although it is not as immediately apparent.

Weed can look pretty obvious at high doses with the red, puffed up, slitty eyes.

Oh, and of course, alcohol. Pretty obvious when someone is drunk.

Anything that causes gurning for one. I always find people on opiates look a bit saggy and their pupils are abnormally small.

I think people that are on mdma throughout the night heads/skull look shrunken, their ears mouth eyes and nose become more prominent.

Long term in K though I have had to watch some good friends form a heavy ketamine addiction over time and they’re really beginning to look like horses, face gets sunken in at the sides and starts to look really long in length and jaw bone sticking out.

Crack is rushing like all stims but is a redose drug, u rarely do it properly on the go where’d u bump into peeps. Opiates are so obvious if the dose is moderate… pinned to fuck eyes.

I think all drugs taken in a recreational manner affect your appearance, whether it is a physical change in your appearance or your behaviour, most of these signs are pretty obvious when you know what to look for.

I don’t think there’s a real best answer as i’m not sure the guidelines. for example some rugs will wipe you out and are obvious where i’m not sure if you mean if someone is just generally looking at your cos tbh the drugs that are most obvious when you’re with it is the flying saucer eye effect which stuff like MDMA does to mass amounts… i mean 200mg of mdma makes your eyes like fucking 1ps whereas 500mg of speed wouldn’t effect your eyes like that.

when i was at uni you could tell which peeps were doing k all they time, they looked fucking awful, especially the main dealer. or at an afterparty and zombie people live at the back who hopefully will have a human to escort them home at some point

Most obvious and recogniaable is alcohol, many stims have similar effects, same with many downers & some trippyshit, but you can always spot a drunk

meth really isn’t that noticeable. it’s just an amphetamine you look less smashed than mdma cos mdma fucks you up whereas meth makes you focus. if you do any drugs for days/weeks without sleeping yeah sleep deprivation will fuck you but meth isn’t that noticeable but you would look a bit rushed if you did a high dose..
