Most the people I know who are still doing gear have got put on the RIOT program, where you get two hits of diamorphine a day. One anytime before 1 and the next one after 5 and before 8. It’s a good program really for people who juast aint gonna stop cos they aint having to worry about street gear. They also still get like 100ml of methadone a day too. It’s a tight hole to be stuck in though. These dudes are like big issues, and one is even a Gulf war veteran. He came back from the Iraq was in the 90’s with bad PTSD and is basically wasting away on booze and diamorphine. Such a nice bloke though, makes me wanna take him home and give him a bubble bath.
