Its a bit of a puke fest when too much tramadol gets munched. I really want to try some real opiates like oxy or summin, I want to explore opiates, they seem so chill.

I generally take codeine as px’d for pain,

but if I’ve not needed it in a while and my tolerance has reduce to nil – i get so sick and nauseous from it esp DF118s,

just to let you know i don’t see any difference between heroin and oxy tbf, heroin is a street chemical rather than a pharmaceutical so batches vary but apart from that oxy is generally more potent and mash up. when i got a load of oxys i just blasted them everyday for 2 weeks!
