they give methadone to people to stop withdrawals when they are addicted to opiates, it’s more addictive than smack so pretty shit thing to give to people who want to quit (more addictive as in it takes longer to leave the system).

dunno why you think it’s worrying, it’s a potent opiate substance no difference from taking codeine or oxy. dunno where you’ve got that it’s a worthless drug just for smackheads lol

I tried Subutex when i was 16 not knowing what it was and got very ill. 8mg i took a fucking high dose. subbies are opiate blockers and are more geared towards coming off opiates, you can still feel fat off them.

from my personal reading tramadol seems to be the best drug for coming off potent opiates but people don’t know about using it like that.
