yeah the whole what day is it can get a bit confusing but if you dont work and dont watch telly(like me) who cares what time it is

No- they hurt me and they stop working when I wear them anyway :groucho:

i used to be able to tell the exact time, without any clocks… i could even be woken up during the night and could tell what time it was within a minute or 3!!!

cats, dogs and many other creatures can do this… one of my cats would mew at my bedroom door at exactly the same time each morning, and even barge it open (the catch wasn’t very good) if I slept a bit longer than normal and then mew (louder) at the foot of my bed…

Each to there own, i guess. Personally, i try not to let my watch get to me! Anyway, surely a moby chains u to reality far more than a watch, unless you switch it off.

I’ve had periods where i didnt wear one, but than i got a funky Casio G-shock, its black and chunky and really tough  , and i rarely take it off. I’ve had it for ages, and i feel kinda odd wi’out it.

      I love my watch! raaa

more often only hungry or greedy :laugh_at:(although there have of course been stories of pets doing amazing things like finding their way hundreds of miles, or saving their companions from extreme weather or other dangerous situations).

A lot of these are due to enhanced senses that monitor a smaller area compared to humans, and maybe also because of not having to worry about stuff like jobs, getting houses or money or keeping computers working.

if you and your family all agree and are definitely able to look after a pet, take a trip to your local cats’ home; I think they all do that :laugh_at: Be aware though a cats day seems to start around 05:00-06:00. Yours might not..

Yep GL is right there, also they like to bring large rabbits into the house and deposit them on your bed in the early hours. If they dont do that our cats will prod you and bite you untill you show em some attention in the mornings. :hopeless:

      Little bastards 😉

well… my dad hates cats, and we’ve never had any pets… so its not likely :weee:

Rabbits? I wish ….try live weasels :scared: and large dead rats :yakk: [love my cats really ]

I haven’t worn a watch since last year, I had loads of different watches when I was younger (wallace and gromit, barbie, baby-g) and now I can’t be bothered. It’d be useful in exams though, you can’t exactly take out your phone to “check the time”, can you? :weee:

strangely enough I have been watching rabbits recently as there are plenty about on my route home – not seen any blue-eyed wild rabbits here yet but you do get them, and there is a certain kind of (wild) black rabbit which is native to Suffolk..

      it depends on the genes..

Its not the irises (if that’s what you’ve seen?) its when the eyeballs are left sitting alone on the mat, all else eaten, round here they’ve got blue eye-balls, same as we’ve all got white ones.

I’m not squemish but its pretty creepy when they just lie there staring up at you eeeewwww
