i would say xbox has more features
and it also looks sexier than ps3
and controller is better (playstation one feels kiddie)
xbox is now also getting most of the good titles

The xbox has a more powerful graphics chip and although the ps3 has the more powerful CPU setup, its never fully utilised because its to hard to use apparently. They keep saying something will come along to show off its more powerful capabilities and it never does.
Games often take longer to come out on the PS3 and exclusive games wise the Xbox wins according to review sites (more games with higher ratings). Xbox live is a lot better than the PS3 can offer and at 29 quid a year the price is totally irrelevant. Xbox is backwards compatible ish PS3 isnt. Controllers are meant to be more comfortable to use on the Xbox.
Xbox is cheaper.
Thats why I decided to go for the Xbox 🙂

1. not entirely true, my brothers ps3 has broken down (after only a year) as have several other peoples playstations that i know. it’s the same issue as the 360s, crap soldering. But the new xboxs shouldn’t break down as they have been soldered with decent stuff and if your ps3 breaks down even with out of date warranty they should still fix it for you.
2. It may be free but it’s very unpredictable and laggy at times. I ain’t got much experience with xbox live but the month i had it i thought it was much much better than the PS network and i used to play that all the time.
3. They do look nice i’ll give you that, plus the Blu Ray feature, I do like that. Performance wise i don’t think there’s much difference tbh.

I used to be a PC gamer and it’s definitely shit hot, but for the above reasons I got out of it and bought an Xbox. Haven’t looked back since.

I have actually just this minute ordered the 3 month card deal. All i need now is CODMW2 and i’m laughing.
I’ll try and set up a clan josh, can’t be that hard eh!
