how to get the most out of Targin?
Hi. I live in Australia and was prescribed Targin which is Oxycodone/naloxone. sadly you don't get much of a high from them because basically, naloxone works by blocking opioid drugs, such as heroin and oxycodone, from attaching to opioid receptors in the brain. is there any way around this? is this naloxone stuff only in the coating?

Extreme horny on amphetamine sulphate
I recently took amphetamine. The paste type stuff. I just expected to be alert and focused all night. However, it made me feel extremely horny. I couldn't stop looking at porn. It got that intense, I laid on the bed and the area between my butthole And my balls was just constantly pulsating, I assume that was my prostate and then around 3 mins later I just had a whole body orgasm, my full body was shaking violently and it was mind blowing. Self-rated effectiveness of novel psychoactive substances (NPS) in self-medicating mood and anxiety disorders
The purpose of this study is to assess self-medication with NPS. There is evidence to suggest that individuals may be self-medicating with NPS, however this is scarcely represented in the academic literature. We aim to examine the self-rated effectiveness (SRE) of novel psychoactive substances (NPS) for mood and anxiety disorders compared to conventionally prescribed treatments. As a proponent of evidence-based drug policy, we hope that understanding how NPS are being used can help to positively influence drug policy.

What will happen if I take part?
If you agree to take part you will complete a survey anonymously. The survey will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey will ask you questions about your gender, age, ethnicity, country of residence, medication you may be using and its effectiveness, NPS you may be using and its effectiveness and your perceptions of professional healthcare. The survey will also ask about the mood/anxiety disorder you are suffering from and your mental health experiences.
Who is eligible to participate?
You are being invited to participate in this study because we are interested to hear from the general public. If you are 18-years old, or older, understand English, and have used/are using a NPS to self-medicate a mood or anxiety disorder, then you are eligible to participate in this study. To participate you do not require a formal mood or anxiety disorder diagnosis.

Looking in Punta Gorda, FL
Still kind of new to the Punta Gorda area, having quite a hard time finding legit shit. Between garbage or just plain fake shit from some of the people around here. I have also seen the stigma, like oh my you use Heroin. Yes, I'm a fucking Heron addict and I fucking love her, been this way since I met her and will and have no desire to ever quit as I have managed it for many many years, and life just sucks without her in it. New to site n need some advice
Hi I'm new to the site and was wondering if anyone could give us some advice on using bitcoin as I've never used it b4 , I used to use a thing called E-Gold when I was ordering from a M.O.M site (BM) years ago when they were selling to the UK. Drug question for Sex workers.
Question to providers who offer pharmacologically enhanced services, using drugs to increase you drive and reduce inhibitions. Clients pay more when a provider is an uninhibited nymphomaniac, but how do you keep yourself safe? How do you keep your clients safe? If you're a drug to make yourself out of control, surely you have arranged a safety plan. Do agencies provide this kind of support? How do clients recognize, approach and communicate with providers who offer these services? Thanks so much.
