A young man stabbed at Scotland’s biggest music festival was an “innocent victim” who was attacked as he tried to protect a female friend, police said.

Tayside Police said the 22-year-old was stabbed 11 times, suffering eight wounds to the body and three to the head.

He is in intensive care after the attack at T in the Park in Balado, Kinross-shire, in the early hours of Sunday, but police said he was making good progress.:hopeless:

They found someone dead in his tent as well. I find that to be very fucked up, Just a random fella thinking that festival would be fun but dies instead. Fucking sad man. :hopeless:

Oh yeah the bloke being stabbed is fucking horrific as well, Fair play to him though for protecting his girl. That’s a proper fucking man there! Hope he comes out of it ok

Glad I didn’t go this year usually work security there! That’s fucked up proper shame people go to festivals to have fun and escape this kinda thing

i dont know weather this happens cos its being documented by the media and has just had a spate of stabbings or its being documented by the media and its always happened

how ever it has come about its still sick!
