A rescue centre in Cambridgeshire wants to find an owner who could identify with a “food-obsessed” cat on a strict healthy eating plan.
The RSPCA said Higgins was bigger than a small dog when he first came into its care at the Block Fen Animal Centre in Wimblington.
The cat weighed a “massive” 11kg in March but has managed to lose almost a third of its body weight.
