There are actually not a lot of crimes committed here.
Not only does Britain/USA still permit free speech (however deplorable the content) and normal “comedians” have done far worse, and people what “confess” to crimes they haven’t done are usually viewed as mentally ill rather than criminals (other than maybe the remote chance of a charge for wasting police time if they actually contact the cops).
The entire group membership and the details of whoever did it are however a useful dataset of people who are desensetised enough to make a joke of an incident such as a childs disappearance, and there is a possibility people could use this against anyone who signs up to this group. You just don’t know who is poking into your details on facebook….
