Whilst the Dutch cycle a lot, they are often said to ride old clunky looking bikes, and to be “slow” compared to the kind of people you get on bikes in France or Italy even sometimes the UK, who dress and ride as if they always in a race..

Unfortunately for the dude on the recumbent there is apparently a 30km/h limit on that bike path, so he got a traffic violation ticket! (this is also why you see less lycras in NL)
