I had a look at Canada’s law – other than cannabis (which has been legal for a few years now) the govt there don’t appear to have decriminalised anything other than for strict medical use – they have allowed 4 terminal cancer patients to use psilocybin in a controlled environment.
If folk are selling this stuff online or in headshops they are probably using some loophole similar to how RCs were openly sold in the UK and other European countries until around 2016, or it simply isn’t viewed as a major crime in Canada (at least provided the body count doesn’t become too high)
