oh for fucks sake. as if elderly blind pensioners dont cause more road traffic accidents. and forty year old accountants driving back from the pub. focusing on youth is just another example of our pathetic government attacking the poor and weak.
there are some drivers who persistantly drink and drive, and the boy racers who cane it round town centres are a nightmare, but they are specific people who can be dealt with under laws we already have. a curfew on young drivers? what about those crews who have a designated driver? i would argue that more young people follow this practice than old, at least in my experience.
